Donna Sams

Donna's career in the Transportation field began in 1977 in Bucyrus, Ohio as Steel Dispatcher for RW Service System, Inc.  After six months, she was asked to transfer to the Monroe, Ohio terminal.  She worked for RW for 14 years in various positions such as Dispatcher, Outside Sales, and Terminal Manager.

When RW was sold to new owners, she pursued a position as Traffic Coordinator at Bob's Truck Service in Middletown, Ohio.  She remained at Bob's until she was offered a position at Pittsburgh Logistics as Logistics Coordinator.  She was always curious about working the other side of the transportation fence, so off she went.

Donna worked at Pittsburgh Logistics for almost seven years until they moved the operation from Middletown, Ohio to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

For the past 2 years she has been employed as Leasing Consultant for the Housing industry and has come full circle by coming back to the Transportation industry once again.

She resides in Middletown, Ohio.  She likes to fish, dance , and read.  She has four children, Shelley, Kim, Mark, and Leslie.  They have blessed her with 10 wonderful grandchildren, four girls and six boys.
