Joseph R. Leach started his career in Warehousing Management in 1982. His transportation experience started in 1992 when he was a general manager for a steel storage facility in Dayton, Oh. He managed 40 dedicated trucks to move in and out of the warehouse. Joe also has an Associates degree in Quality Engineering.

Joe started Joseph Sterling Dispatch in Middletown, Ohio with a major flatbed carrier until 1997 when he joined forces with D.B.&R. Services to start J.D. Dispatch Services, Inc.

Joe and his wife Kim have seven children, Toby, Jessica, Elizabeth, Sterling, Gracie, Alexis, and Abby.
